Con has
tagged me and here's my run:
- Total volume of music stored on my computer: Hmmm...A LOT. I've got some music stored at home, in my work office, and my grad/research office. Not to mention music stored on my flash drive that I can take with me everywhere:) Oh, and it's only expected that we've a large collection...John's got to have his music:)
- Last CD I bought: Groove Theory and Babyface MTV Unplugged NYC 1997 (Yeah, it's old, but I love it!)
- Song playing right now: We're watching TV, so no music playing....
- Five songs I listen to and mean a lot to me: I agree with Con here, 5 is not enough!
- Love Moves in Mysterious Ways (Julia Fordham) -- One of the songs John included on the tape he gave me even before we started going out (and WAY before it started to be overplayed and covered by local artists like it's the only love song out there! I still love the original, but the best versions I've heard: Isid of Soundcheck (first one in Baguio to sing this) and Ems, Isid, and Alfia during our wedding. )
- Love Natural (Frank McComb) -- our wedding song...perfectly describes my relationship with John: "Friendship is the main ingredient for love natural..."
- Beautiful (6 Days to Friday) -- you just have to hear it. A great accomplishment for my hubby and his band. I am so proud of you guys. (Listen to three of their songs here)
- Pilgrim's Theme (Hangad) -- It never fails to lift my spirits. Gave me strength in the past when I went through rough patches in my life..."I think I'll follow the voice that calls within; Dance to the silent song it sings; I hope to find my place; I know in time I'll find my place in the greater scheme of things..."
- I guess I have to have at least one "current favorite": A Love That Will Last (Renee Olstead)...her voice is just wonderful. I really do love the song. It was produced by David Foster so it's pretty big time.
Passing the baton to: Mai, Jackie, Ann, Vanie, and Harvee

This reminds me of those relay races we had in Brent. hahaha...never was a good relay runner (duh...never was a runner, period!)...Speaking of Brent, I read
Ann's blog and I kept laughing because she triggered a lot of memories. Classic. No matter how many times the stories are told, they always make me laugh just as hard as the day itself. hahaha...sometimes even harder. I miss you guys! (By the way, Nadine, Kitty, and Ann are the BEST wedding planners, ever!)
