Looking around the refrigerator for something to whip up and thought of this. I think I may have overloaded the flatout bread a little (!), but the fresh tomatoes, mozzarella, and mushrooms just looked so good all nicely shingle stacked. hahaha. I wish I had more basil on hand, but oh well. Tasted good anyway!
